I get an error informing me that the file does not exist when I try to open a PDF File. What should I do?
When you get the following error, "There was an error opening this document. The file does not exist.", your temporary internet files are taking up the maximum allowed hard drive space. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, then Options, then Delete Temporary Internet Files. This allows the browser to save a local temporary copy of the file.
Another option is to download the file before opening it. For example you could download the file to your desktop and open it from there by double-clicking on it.
